Refund Policy
Short, and the same as section 7 of the terms. Written to match what we actually do.
Effective 15 October 2026
Flogit plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions paid through Creem, our payment provider and merchant of record. Creem takes the payment and issues the refund. The rules below are ours, not Creem's.
1. Fourteen days on a first payment
If Flogit is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. We do not ask you to justify it.
This covers the first payment of a plan, monthly or yearly, and the first purchase of a pack of extra listings. Moving from monthly to yearly counts as a first payment of the yearly plan. It does not repeat on renewals.
2. If something you paid for is broken
If a feature your plan was sold on stops working and we cannot fix it for you, tell us. We refund the period affected, whenever that happens.
3. Renewals and cancellation
Paid plans renew every month or every year, as you chose, until you cancel. Cancel in your account on flogit.app, under Billing and plan, or from your Creem order page. The plan runs to the end of the period and nothing more is charged.
A renewal you meant to cancel and did not is not automatically refunded. Write to us anyway. We would rather refund a month than keep money from someone who did not want it.
4. What we do not refund
- A partial month or year, once the 14 days on a first payment have passed.
- Allowance you used: listings written, boosts and replies already spent count as delivered.
- A charge disputed with your bank before you wrote to us. A chargeback costs a fee and freezes the account while it runs. One email settles it faster.
5. How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your Flogit account, with the date of the payment. We answer within two working days. Approved refunds are issued by Creem to the payment method you used and usually show within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
If we have not answered within 7 days, you can contact Creem directly at creem.io/contact.
6. Your legal rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for digital services. Where the service is supplied immediately with your consent, that right can lapse, and nothing here takes away any right you have by law.
