Print labels on a label printer
The label on its own, at 10×15 cm, with no A4 around it.
Open your account menu, then Preferences, and set Label format to Thermal 10×15 cm.
From then on, every label Flogit opens comes out at 10×15 cm, ready for a thermal label printer.
What Flogit does to the label
Vinted hands out labels on an A4 sheet: the label sits somewhere on the page, with instructions, a cut line or blank paper around it.
Flogit finds the label on the page, cuts out just that part and fits it to 10×15 cm. A label that is wider than it is tall is turned, so it fills the sheet instead of printing small.
The lines and barcodes are copied as the carrier made them, not photographed, so they scan as well as the original.
Where it applies
| Where | What you get |
|---|---|
| Shipping label in a sale | That parcel's label, at 10×15 cm. |
| The label button in a conversation | The same, from inside the chat. |
| Printing every label at once, in Sales | One file with every label you still have to post, plus the page that says what goes in which parcel, all at 10×15 cm. |
The packing slip stays on A4
The packing slip goes inside the box and prints on your normal printer, so it is no longer put in the same file as the label.
After the label opens, Flogit asks whether you want the slip too. Print slip opens it on A4; Not now skips it, and the slip button stays in the sale for later.
It happens in your browser
A label carries the buyer's name and address. Flogit cuts it in your own browser; the file is not sent anywhere to be cropped.
Carriers lay their labels out differently. Flogit has been checked with Vinted Go, Mondial Relay and DPD labels. If one comes out wrong, set the format back to A4, as Vinted sends it and tell us on the board which carrier it was.
