The five inbox filters
Find who is waiting for you, without scrolling the whole inbox.
Open Messages. The filters at the top are Unread, Offers, Customers, Bundles and All.
Click a conversation to read it and answer it from Flogit.
What each filter shows
| Filter | Shows |
|---|---|
| Unread | Who is still waiting for your answer. |
| Offers | Conversations with an offer in them. |
| Customers | People who already bought from you. |
| Bundles | Conversations about several items at once. |
| All | Everything. |
A filter shows only when it has conversations in it.
Know who you are talking to
Next to each conversation, Flogit shows if the buyer bought from you before and how much they spent. A returning buyer asking for one euro off is not a stranger offering half price.
Clear the pile
Select all, then Mark read, clears the messages that need nothing from you. After that, Unread shows only what matters.
Search conversations finds a conversation when you know the name.
Filtering, reading and marking as read never count. Only a suggested reply counts.
