What a Boost keeps and what it loses

A Boost posts the listing again. Most things come back. Three do not.

Kept: the photos, the title, the description, the price, the size and the other details.

Lost: the favourites, the views and the old link to the listing.

Why

A Boost deletes the listing and posts it again. For Vinted, it is a new listing. That is why it goes to the top. It is also why the old favourites and views stay with the old one.

The favourites

People who saved the item and did not buy it were not going to buy it. Losing them costs little.

Wait if the favourites are recent. Buyers who saved it this week may still buy. Send them an offer instead.

The listing gets a new address on Vinted. A link you shared before will not work. A buyer who talked to you about it will see the old page as gone.

Your own history

Flogit keeps the history of the listing. A Boost is not counted as a sale, and your figures stay right.
