Help Sales, customers & money Capture dispute evidence before you post

Capture dispute evidence before you post

Save a dated copy of the listing, in case a buyer says the item was different.

Open the item in Inventory and press Save evidence now. Flogit saves the listing as it is now, with the date.

It stays on your computer. Nothing is uploaded.

How to do it

  1. Open the item

    In Inventory, click the item.

  2. Press Save evidence now

It is in the Dispute evidence part. Flogit copies the photos and the details.

  3. Keep it, or export it

The record appears with its date. Export PDF makes a PDF you can send to Vinted.

Why it helps

A buyer can open a return if the item seems different from the listing. By then, the listing may be edited or deleted.

A dated copy shows what the listing really said and showed.

What it saves

  • Photos as published, copied to your computer.
  • Description as published.
  • Condition, Size, Brand, Colour and Listed price.
  • Captured: the date and time.

Show it was not changed

Verify checks the record against the fingerprint taken when it was saved. It answers Intact or Altered.

Save new listings by themselves

Save evidence for new listings automatically is on at first. You find it in Settings, Selling tools, under Dispute evidence.

Flogit then saves each new listing a few minutes after it goes live, at the next sync. Listings you had before are not saved.
