Help Sales, customers & money Collected is not the same as sold

Collected is not the same as sold

A sale today is not money today. Vinted pays it out later.

Sold is the day the buyer paid. Paid out is the day Vinted put the money in your Vinted wallet.

That happens when the order is complete: the buyer confirms, or Vinted completes it on its own.

On one sale

Open the sale. Under Dates you see Sold and Paid out to wallet.

Not paid out yet means the order is not complete yet.

On the Sales screen

The cards at the top of Sales show today, yesterday, this month and this year.

Each card shows what you sold in that period. Under it, the part of those sales already paid out to your wallet.

Both numbers count sales by the day they sold. A sale from the 30th that is paid out on the 3rd stays in the old month.

The gap is normal

A sale that is not paid out yet is usually on its way. Or the buyer has it and has not confirmed yet.

To see the money itself, open Wallet. It shows what you can transfer now and what is still on hold.

Accepted, but never paid

A buyer who accepts an offer and never pays never becomes a sale. That has its own article.

Did this answer it?

If not, say so on the board and the article gets fixed.
