Say thank you after a sale
One click thanks the buyer. Another asks for a review once it is delivered.
In Sales, press Say thank you on the sale. Flogit sends a short thank-you in that sale's conversation.
Once the parcel is delivered, the sale's menu has Ask for a review.
How to do it

Open Sales
Each sale has its row.

Press Say thank you
The message goes to the buyer. The button then says Sent.

After delivery, ask for a review
Open the sale's menu and press Ask for a review.
The message
The built-in messages are written in the buyer's language. To use your own words, open Settings, Selling tools, After a sale. {buyer} becomes the buyer's name and {item} the item.
Why bother
Reviews make the next buyer trust you. A friendly thank-you and a polite request get more of them.
Nothing is sent by itself. Each message goes only when you press its button, once per sale.
