Am I reported under DAC7?

Being reported is not the same as owing tax. Flogit shows how close you are.

Vinted reports you to the tax authority when you pass 30 sales or 2,000 euros in a year. Either one is enough.

Being reported does not mean you owe tax. Tax is on a gain.

Where to see it

Open Taxes and press Load my sales. Two bars show your sales and your revenue for the year, against the limits.

Only completed sales count. Use the year buttons to look at another year. This is on the Trader and Mogul plans.

Either limit, not both

31 items at 30 euros each is 930 euros. That is under the money limit, and it is still reported, because it passed 30 sales.

Five sales at 500 euros each is reported too. It passed the money limit.

Reported or taxable?

Press Read this on that screen. It shows three cases:

CaseUsually
Selling your old things at a lossNo gain, so usually no tax. Your details are still sent.
Sometimes you get lucky and make a profitThe profit on that item can count.
Buying or making items to sellThis is trading. It is taxed like a business.

All three depend on what your items cost you. That is why Flogit asks for costs. See Add what you paid for an item.

Other limits in your country

The limits are 30 sales and 2,000 euros by default. To change them, open Settings, then Preferences. Edit Sales before EU reporting and Revenue before EU reporting.

This is not tax advice

Rules differ in every country. Check with your accountant. Flogit is an independent tool and is not connected to Vinted.
