Invoices with Fatture in Cloud

Italy. Flogit creates an e-invoice for each sale in your Fatture in Cloud company. You send it to the SdI when it is right.

In Italy, an online sale to a private buyer needs an invoice only if the buyer asks for one.

Fatture in Cloud cannot be reached from a browser, so its calls pass through Flogit's server. Nothing is kept there.

Connect

  1. In Flogit, open Settings, then Invoices. Choose Italy and click the Fatture in Cloud card.
  2. Press Connetti con Fatture in Cloud, sign in and allow Flogit.
  3. Choose the company and the VAT type. For the forfettario regime, that is 0% with nature N2.2.

Send to the SdI when ready

Leave Certify at once off while you start: each e-invoice then waits in Fatture in Cloud, not yet sent. Press Certify to send it to the SdI. Once sent, it cannot be deleted.

Before the first one, fill in Impostazioni › Fatturazione elettronica in Fatture in Cloud. Its formal check, Verifica formale, shows anything that is missing without sending anything.

The buyer

Vinted never gives a buyer's tax code. A buyer in Italy needs one on an e-invoice, so add it in Fatture in Cloud before sending. When there is no address, Flogit writes N/D, which the SdI accepts.

This is not tax advice

Which invoices you must issue, and with which VAT, depends on your country and your situation. Check with your accountant. Flogit is an independent tool and is not connected to Vinted.
