What the inventory columns mean
What each column shows, and which ones you can type into.
Each row is one listing. Brand, size and condition sit under the title, not in their own column.
A slightly grey cell is one you can type into: In stock, Cost and Origin.
The columns
| Column | Shows |
|---|---|
| In stock | How many you own. Type a new number when you have more. |
| To list | Owned but not listed: what you could put up today. |
| Sold | How many units of this item sold. |
| Price | The asking price on Vinted. |
| Cost | What you paid. You type it in. |
| Origin | Where the item came from. You pick it. |
| Profit | Price minus cost. |
| Margin | Profit as a share of the price. |
| Status | On sale, To list, Sold out, Sold or Draft. |
| Listed | How long ago it went up, in days or months. |
| Views, Favs | Vinted views and favourites. |
| Actions | Buttons for this row, such as Boost and Sell another. |
Profit and margin need a cost
Profit and Margin stay empty until the item has a cost. Flogit does not guess.
The TOTAL row at the bottom adds up every item. Only profit and margin are limited to items with a cost, and a star marks them when some items have none.
See Set a cost on several items at once.
Missing columns on a small screen
When the window is narrow, Flogit hides the least important columns first: origin, favourites, views, then listed and status. Title, price and the buttons always stay.
Make the window wider and the columns come back. You cannot pick columns by hand.
