Photograph what you send
Before you seal the parcel, take a few photos. If a buyer disputes it, you have proof.
In Sales, a sale still to send shows Record the shipment. Press it, add the photos, and press Save the record.
The record stays on your computer, with the date and the tracking number.
How to do it

Press Record the shipment
It is on the sale in Sales. If it is not the main button, open the menu on the row.

Add the photos
Photograph with your phone shows a QR code. Scan it and take the photos with your phone. Or press Add from this computer.

Say what each photo shows
Pick the shot for each photo. Add a note if you want.

Press Save the record
The record is saved on this computer.
The six photos

The sealed parcel matters most. With the Vinted label readable, it ties the item to the tracking number.
The reminder
While parcels wait to be sent, a yellow box at the top of Sales counts them. Already sent them without photos? Press I sent it to hide the reminder for those parcels.
Use it in a dispute
On the sale, open the menu and press Export shipment record. You get a PDF with the photos, the tracking number and your note. If you saved the listing too, it is next to them.
How long it is kept
Records are deleted 365 days after the sale is complete. Change it in Settings, Selling tools, Keep records for (days).
A record you exported is kept for good.
Photos from your phone
Photos from your phone pass through our server to reach your computer. They are deleted as soon as your computer has them, and after 15 minutes at the latest.
Shipment records need the Side Hustle plan or higher. They do not count against your monthly evidence records.
