Help Sales, customers & money Export everything as CSV
Export everything as CSV
Your sales in a file any spreadsheet can open.
In Sales, press Export CSV next to Recent sales. The file goes to your downloads.
Your browser writes it. It does not pass through our servers.
Three exports
| Where | What is in it |
|---|---|
| Sales | Every sale you can see: date, title, amount, currency and Vinted order number. Every plan. |
| Taxes | The sales of one year, with item cost, profit and status. Trader and Mogul. |
| Taxes, Invoices | Your invoices and credit notes, for your accountant. Trader and Mogul. |
On Free, Sales shows the last 30 days, so the file has the last 30 days too.
If it opens in one column
The file uses commas between values and a dot for decimals.
A spreadsheet set to a European language may expect a semicolon. Then every row lands in column A.
Open the file through the import step instead. In Excel: Data, then From Text/CSV, and pick the comma. Google Sheets and LibreOffice ask you when you open it.
This is not a backup
A CSV is a report. It cannot restore Flogit on another computer. For that, use the backup.
The sales export does not count against your plan.
