Help Offers Accepted, never paid
Accepted, never paid
You said yes. The buyer never paid. Flogit marks it after a day.
Accepting an offer does not mean the buyer pays. Some never check out, and Vinted does not tell you.
After 24 hours, Flogit marks the offer Accepted, not paid.
Where to see it
Open Offers. In Offers you made, the card has an orange badge and says how long it has waited.
View opens the item.
How Flogit knows
- You accepted the offer, in Flogit or on Vinted.
- More than 24 hours have passed.
- The item is still for sale in your Inventory.
If the buyer paid, the item would no longer be for sale. A hidden item is not marked.
For an offer accepted on Vinted, the wait counts from when Flogit first saw it. So it can show a little later.
What to do
- Send the buyer a short message. Many just forgot.
- If nothing comes back, keep selling the item to someone else.
After a real sale, Vinted holds the money until the parcel arrives. That is normal. See Collected is not the same as sold.
