Help Account, data & plans Back up and restore everything

Back up and restore everything

Three backups for three jobs. One is kept with your account. The two files stay with you.

The shop backup keeps the text and photos of your listings with your Flogit account. It runs by itself.

The data backup is one file with your costs, SKUs, orders, price checks and dispute evidence. It moves them to another computer.

The listings backup is a zip of your Vinted listings and their photos. You keep it, and it opens without Flogit.

The shop backup, kept with your account

While Flogit is open, it copies your listings to your Flogit account, a little at a time: title, description, price, details and photos. When a listing leaves your shop, the copy stays.

Open Shop backup in the menu. Open a saved listing to copy its text or download its photos.

Publish on Vinted puts it back on Vinted. The request waits at the top of Inventory in the Flogit app. The listing is created when you press its button there.

Above your plan's number, the backup pauses. It deletes nothing. It holds listings only. Your sales, costs and offers are not in it.

The data backup

Open Settings, Data & help, Backups. Export backup saves one file to your downloads. Import backup reads it back, on any computer.

It holds what Vinted does not have: your costs, SKUs, orders, price checks and dispute evidence.

Importing replaces the data on that computer

Flogit asks before it does. What was there before is kept: a button lets you download it. If the file comes from another Vinted account, Flogit asks again. Reload the page after.

The listings backup

It is on the same page, under Backup file. It makes a .zip with each listing as Vinted stores it, a photos folder, and a short readme.

Tick Include photos to add the images. A zip without photos cannot be used to restore, because Vinted needs at least one photo.

Putting one listing back

Restore from a file opens one of those zips. Press Restore on the listing you want. Flogit creates it again on Vinted, with its photos and text.

It works one listing at a time. Vinted limits bursts of new listings, so a button that restores everything at once would put your account at risk.

The two files stay with you

The data backup and the listings backup go straight to your downloads folder. They are never uploaded. Both are free on every plan.
