Invoices with Moloni
Portugal. You sign in to Moloni once, and Flogit creates each sale's invoice in your company there.
You need a Moloni account on a plan that includes the API.
Moloni cannot be reached from a browser, so its calls pass through Flogit's server. Nothing is kept there.
Connect
- In Flogit, open Settings, then Invoices. Choose Portugal and click the Moloni card.
- Press Connect. A Moloni window opens: sign in and allow Flogit.
- Back in Flogit, choose the company, the document series and the Tax on your sales. With 0%, also choose the Exemption reason.
Moloni's demonstration company is shared with other Moloni users. It is fine for a test with a made-up buyer, never for real sales.
Drafts first
Leave Certify at once off while you start. Each invoice then waits in Moloni as a draft. Press Certify when it is right; Moloni then gives it its number and its ATCUD.
The first invoice adds a Vinted category and an item called Artigo Vinted to your Moloni company. Every invoice uses that item, with the real title on each line.
Credit notes
A credit note is created in Moloni and linked line by line to the invoice it cancels.
Which invoices you must issue, and with which VAT, depends on your country and your situation. Check with your accountant. Flogit is an independent tool and is not connected to Vinted.
