Help Fixing things A number looks wrong

A number looks wrong

Check four simple causes first. The item history usually explains the rest.

Check in this order: a missing cost, the dates, the free plan limit, old data.

Then open the listing and read its History.

1. A cost is missing

This is the most common cause. A sale with no cost has no profit. Flogit does not count it as zero.

So your totals can look lower than you expected. Add the cost and the profit appears. See Add what you paid for an item.

2. You compare sold with collected

These are two different dates. Vinted pays you some days after the sale. At the start of a month, the two totals can be far apart. Both are correct.

See Collected is not the same as sold.

3. The free plan shows 30 days

On the Free plan, sales totals cover the last 30 days. Older sales are still on your computer. They come back when you change plan.

4. The data is old

Views, favourites and prices come from the last load. They are not live.

Open Inventory and press Load my listings. Market prices update only when you press Check prices.

Then read the item history

Open the listing in Inventory. Its History lists what happened to it, and when.

For example: listed, price changed, hidden, Boosted, sold, or a unit came off a stock line. It records facts only, never guesses.

If the history does not explain it

Then it is worth reporting. Open your menu at the top right. Under Settings, choose Data & help. In Report a problem, press Copy diagnostics. Flogit shows you what it copied. Read it, then paste it in a post on the board.

Did this answer it?

If not, say so on the board and the article gets fixed.
