Answer a buyer's offer

How to do it

1. Open Offers

   Press Check now to look for new offers. They show under Pending your response.

2. Read the suggestion

   The badge says what your rules suggest. The line under it says why. Rule means your own settings decided. Flogit means Flogit wrote the answer.

3. Check the reply

   The reply box is already filled in. Change it as you like. Your saved quick replies show as buttons under it.

4. Press a button

   Accept and Reject send at once, with your reply. For Counter, check the price in the box next to it first.

What each offer shows

• The item, the buyer and the price they offered.
• How much of your price the offer is, in percent.
• For a bundle, every item in it. See Check the margin on a bundle offer.
• A red badge when this buyer has made 2 or more offers under your lowest price.

A counter price under your lowest price shows a warning. You can still send it.

Answer them all at once

With 2 or more offers waiting, a button at the top applies every suggestion. It sends them one after another, as shown on screen.

Edit any of them first. The button only appears once every offer has its suggestion.

After you answer

The offer moves to Offers you made, with its state on the card.

On a countered or rejected offer you can send a new counter with Send counter. After your own counter, the new price must be lower than the one you sent. Dismiss removes the card.
