Help Sales, customers & money The yearly profit and loss report

The yearly profit and loss report

Four numbers. The last one is your profit.

Open Taxes and press Load my sales. Four cards show your year. This is on the Trader and Mogul plans.

Export PDF saves it as a PDF you can hand over.

The four cards

CardComes from
Gross revenueYour completed sales of the year.
Item costThe costs you typed on your sales.
ExpensesThe expenses you recorded.
Net profitRevenue minus item cost minus expenses.

Only the first number comes from Vinted. You add the other two.

Which year

Each year runs from 1 January to 31 December. Use the year buttons at the top to switch.

Missing costs are shown

Under Item cost, Flogit counts the sales with no cost yet. A sale with no cost is not counted as free.

Fill them in before you hand the report over. Otherwise your profit looks higher than it is.

Profit by origin

In the sales table, the Origin column says where you got each item. A box below adds up the profit for each origin.

Reported is not the same as taxed

DAC7 reporting looks at your number of sales and your revenue. Tax looks at your profit. See Am I reported under DAC7?

This is not tax advice

Rules differ in every country. Check with your accountant. Flogit is an independent tool and is not connected to Vinted.
