Invoices with TS Facturas
Spain. TS Facturas, formerly Billin, gets each sale straight from your browser as a simplified invoice.
The API is part of the Unlimited plan, with a 30-day free trial.
TS Facturas has no drafts: an invoice is issued as soon as you make it.
Connect
- In TS Facturas, open Integraciones and create API credentials. You get a client id and a secret.
- In Flogit, open Settings, then Invoices. Choose Spain and click the TS Facturas card.
- Paste both and press Connect. Your business name appears when they work.
- Choose the VAT. For an exempt sale, also choose the exemption cause. The series can stay empty to use your default one.
Issued at once
Because there is no draft, check the buyer and the sale before you press Issue invoice. With VeriFactu active in TS Facturas, the invoice goes to the tax authority straight away.
Cancelling
Credit note voids the invoice in TS Facturas. That works once the tax authority has it, and for 30 days after it was issued.
If you delete an invoice in TS Facturas yourself, Flogit notices the next time you open the sale, and you can invoice it again.
Which invoices you must issue, and with which VAT, depends on your country and your situation. Check with your accountant. Flogit is an independent tool and is not connected to Vinted.
