Who bought from you twice
See which buyers came back, and how much they spent.
Open Customers. Every buyer is listed with their orders and what they bought.
At the top, Repeat customers shows how many bought more than once. This is on the Trader and Mogul plans.
Why it helps
A buyer who comes back already trusts you. You may want to hold your price, or add a note in the parcel.
Many repeat buyers means people like what you sell.
What each buyer shows
- Number of orders, average order and when they last bought.
- What they bought. A bundle shows each item in it.
- The review they left you, if they wrote one.
- View profile on Vinted.
Search by username at the top of the list.
Mark a buyer
Press Mark this buyer by a buyer's name. Add a note if you want. Only you see it.
Flogit then warns you when that buyer makes an offer, writes to you or buys from you. The Marked view lists them all.
You can mark buyers from Customers, Offers, Messages or a sale.
Buyers Flogit cannot see
Vinted does not show the buyer for some Vinted Go and QR sales. Those sales are counted apart, not mixed in.
