Sync is stuck or slow

Slow is normal. Stuck is not. Here is how to tell.

When you press Load my listings, the rows fill in page by page. If new rows keep coming, it is working.

If nothing changes for several minutes, check the four things below.

What normal looks like

Flogit waits between requests to Vinted, on purpose. A shop with hundreds of listings takes minutes.

Check prices is slower still. It looks up prices for each listing, and shows how many it has done.

The four checks

  1. Is the Flogit tab still open?

    The loading runs in the Flogit tab. If you close it, the loading stops.

  2. Do you see a Flogit is paused card?

    Vinted asked for a check or is slowing Flogit down. The card says when Flogit carries on. See Flogit is paused.

  3. Are you still signed in to Vinted?

    If your sign-in expired, Flogit cannot read anything. Reload the Vinted tab and see.

  4. Is your connection working?

    Open any Vinted page. If it does not load either, wait for your connection.

Starting again

Open Inventory and press Load my listings again. It reads your listings from the start.

If a load stops halfway, Flogit keeps your last full list. You never end up with half a shop.

If it stops at the same point every time

That is a real bug, not a slow network. Open your menu at the top right. Under Settings, choose Data & help. In Report a problem, press Copy diagnostics. Flogit shows you what it copied. Read it, then paste it in a post on the board.
