When a buyer leaves no review, Vinted rates the sale five stars by itself. Flogit marks those Automatic rating.

Find the reviews to answer
In Sales, a sale with a review you have not answered shows Reply to review.

Open the sale
The review is under Buyer feedback.

Press Reply
Type your reply, then press Publish reply.
Your reply is public. It appears under the review on your profile. You can edit or delete it later.
A bad review
Answer it briefly and calmly. Do not argue. Your reply is for the next buyers who read it.
"Sorry it was not right, I refunded the same day" helps more than a long defence.
In another language
Translate shows the review in your language. Show original puts it back.
Rate the buyer
When the sale is complete, the same place lets you rate the buyer. Pick the stars, write a line and press Send feedback. It is public on their profile.
In Customers, each buyer shows the review they left you, next to what they bought. This is on the Trader and Mogul plans.
