Read the sale detail panel
Everything about one sale, in one window.
Click any sale in Sales. The Sale details window opens.
Previous sale and Next sale move between sales without closing it.
The money
| Line | Means |
|---|---|
| Items subtotal | The price of the items, when Vinted gives it. |
| Gross (you receive) | What reaches you. |
| Buyer protection fee | Paid by the buyer, on top of your price. It does not come off your money. |
| Shipping | The postage, as Vinted shows it. The buyer pays it. |
| Item cost | What you paid for the item. Press Set cost to add it. |
| Profit | What reached you minus what you paid. Empty until you add the cost. |
The dates
Sold is the day of the sale. Paid out to wallet is the day Vinted paid you. Not paid out yet means the order is not complete yet.
The buyer
Who bought, and a link to their profile. Vinted does not show the buyer for Vinted Go or QR sales.
The parcel
Shipping label, Packing slip and the tracking are here.
Sale record prints a page for your files: price, fees, your cost and profit.
The review
Buyer feedback shows what the buyer wrote. You can reply from here. See Reviews, and Vinted's automatic five stars.
Also in the window
- Private note: a note only you see. It stays on this computer.
- Invoice: an invoice for the sale, if you turned invoices on.
- Open order on Vinted: the order on Vinted, in a new tab.
