Reply templates you write yourself
Save the replies you type every week. Insert them with one click.
Write your replies once in Settings, Selling tools, Quick replies.
On an offer, they show as buttons under the reply box. One click adds the text. You still press send.
How to do it

Open Quick replies
In Settings, Selling tools. Four starting replies are already there.

Edit or add
Change a reply in its box. Write a new one in the empty box and press Add. The cross removes one.

Use it on an offer
Open Offers. Under the reply box of an offer, click your reply. It is added to the text.
On Offers, the buttons show once you have edited or added a reply.
What gets filled in
On Offers, these words in your reply are replaced:

| {price} | The price they offered |
| {listing} | Your listed price |
| {currency} | The currency |
In Messages, the same replies show as buttons too. There, the text goes in as you wrote it.
Reply tone
Reply tone changes the reply Flogit fills in on each offer: friendly, neutral or firm. It does not change your saved replies.
Those ready replies are in your Flogit language. To answer in the buyer's language, see Draft a reply in the buyer's language.
