Help Inventory & stock Filter and sort the grid
Filter and sort the grid
Cut a few hundred rows down to the ones you want, then act on those.
Click a column header to sort by it. Type or tick in the box under a header to filter.
Clear filters appears while a filter is on. It removes all of them at once.
The filters
| Column | How to filter |
|---|---|
| Title | Type a word. It searches the title, brand, size and condition. |
| Status | Tick boxes: On sale, To list, Sold out, Sold, Draft. |
| Origin | Tick boxes, one per origin. |
| Price, Cost, Profit, Margin, Listed, Views, Favs | A number: more than, less than, equal to. |
To find a brand or a size, type it in the Title filter.
Sorts worth knowing
| Sort by | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Listed | Oldest first: the listings that sit there longest. Listings older than 60 days show in amber. |
| Views | Few views on an old listing: buyers do not see it. |
| Favs | Many favourites and no sale: the price is close, but not close enough. |
| Margin | Lowest first: what earns you almost nothing. It needs a cost on each item. |
Filters decide what a bulk action touches
Tick rows and the action bar shows how many are selected. Every bulk button acts on those rows only.
Check that number before you press anything. A filter you forgot means the wrong rows.
Hide and Unhide act as soon as you click. Delete and Duplicate ask you to confirm. The others open a panel or a preview first.
Filters stay on while you work. If the row count looks too small, something is still filtered.
